After our initial meeting to discuss your plan we’ll provide an accurate & detailed quote using our estimating software.

Includes the area being boxed out or cut and filled; sand supplied and carted; compaction and NATA accredited certificate.

We prepare level sand pads for new home building, tanks and sheds, and all work undertaken will meet your local Shire requirements. The area is carefully boxed out or cut and filled, as per our computer generated schematics, before being compacted skilfully and quickly, so your foundations can be laid as soon as possible. Importantly, levels are checked with a laser level to ensure accuracy across the entire pad.

We also offer water binding and a ‘levelling to existing ground’ service.

All sand is supplied and carted and we leave the area neat and tidy for your next stage of building. Upon completion of our work we will issue you with a NATA accredited certificate for the work done.
